Item Description
Each is a superbly colored 7/8" and all 20 have their back paper listing three W&H patent dates, although w/larger text "Compliments Of The High Admiral Cigarette/Riley-Klotz M'f'g Co. Newark, N.J..." The group includes several African American jockeys along with several female jockeys. 13 buttons name the jockey and his/her stable colors while seven just name the stable for example "Aug. Belmont Colors." One (J. B. Haggin) has 1/16" cello cut on top edge, five have small age traces, and 14 are Exc to NM. A scarce set.
