Item Description
Partial six page (five pages in lot offered here) story on 13-1/8x18-5/8" artboards featuring pen and ink original art by Bill Vigoda (1920-1973). Printed on story pages 2-6 in Pep Comics #166, published by Archie Comics Oct. 1963. Story is titled "Private Fight" and features Archie and Jughead luring Betty to where they have Veronica handcuffed to railing. They trick Betty, handcuffing her beside Veronica in an attempt to force them to make-up from their fight. The girls outsmart the boys though, unlocking the handcuffs and eventually handcuffing both Archie and Jughead together over fence. Archie, Jughead, Betty and Veronica appear throughout. Each artboard has inked title, month of publication and issue/page number at top margin. Back of each has Archie copyright and Comics Code Authority inkstamps. Art remains clean and Exc.
