Item Description
3x3.25" die-cut cardboard shield badge has classic early image of Superman breaking chains. Text reads "New Different Superman Bread Tasty-Nourishing." Worn by store clerks and managers c. 1941. Badge has small hole at top center as made. Even lt. age toning to blue portion of badge at top but still a high grade, Exc. example w/sharp points and edges. One of only five known.
