Item Description
6x9". Paper. Campaign by the North Dakota Votes For Women League started in 1913 aiming at passage of a ballot referendum on the Nov. 4, 1914 ballot that ultimately failed. In 1917, women were granted full suffrage in North Dakota, just three years prior to the ratification of the 19th Amendment in 1920. Text in bottom right corner reads "N. D. Votes for Women League." Slight even aging w/light edge wear. Extremely Fine.
