9.25x11.5" framed w/4.75x6.75" opening in matte. Features float w/four pro-suffrage advocates. Float has flowers arranged on wheels and accented throughout. Signs among the suffragists include "Why Women Should Vote" and "No More Wedding Bells For Me". Scattered light stains w/a moisture stain in upper left corner. Moderate handling on photo w/edge wear on frame. Overall Fine.
