Item Description
17.5x41.5" framed. Sash is 34" tall. Jugate ribbon is 6.5" long. Token is 23mm (7/8"). Brass. DeWitt JF 1856-14. Ribbon features engraved portraits of the 1856 Republican ticket w/facsimile signatures below each candidate. Vertical crease just below "Fremont". Otherwise only light wear. Exc. Token has only light wear on front and is Exc. Sash has only light handling w/light scattered creasing. Overall Exc. Not examined outside of frame. A beautiful piece featuring multiple items from the 1856 campaign that is perfect and ready for display.
