UKG graded and encapsulated unused and loose "Scout Walker Vehicle With Hand Operated 'Walking' Feature," released in the UK by Palitoy. Vehicle has been encapsulated w/baggie containing hatch and other vehicle accessories as well as unused sticker sheet and assembly instructions.
