Item Description
5.25x7.5x1.5" deep illustrated box contains complete 200+ piece puzzle made in England by L. Miller & Son Ltd. exclusively for the English market, 1940s. Copyright Fawcett Publications Inc. Puzzle features image of Captain Marvel rushing to stop Dr. Sivana, only to fall into his shrinking ray trap. Puzzle is NM. Box shows obvious wear, w/deep concave warping to main panels, staining to left/right side panels (Some due to aged tape, a piece of which remains in place). Edge dents/creases and corner tip wear. Box is VG overall. Rare and just the second we've offered in our 57 years. Harry Matetsky Collection.
