12-3/8x12-3/8" LP cover contains 33-1/3 RPM record. Back cover has been signed by three members in black felt tip marker - Johnny Ramone (1948-2004), Joey Ramone (1951-2001) and Marky Ramone. Joey added "1991" inscription. Scattered stains, creases, edge and corner tip wear. Fine. Comes w/JSA COA.
