Item Description
1.75" with W&H back paper in use only 1898-1900. Superb color with elves in court jester style outfits all enclosed in bright orange rim with thin outer yellow edge. Rim text touts "Big Week/Big Parades/Illuminated Streets." Design about 1/32" off center as made. Great gloss, color and design. NM. About our third in 57 years. Rare.
