Item Description
11" tall. c. 1800. Striking transfer of the deification of Washington framed w/seven winged angel heads. Reverse has three mast ship flying an American flag. Under spout is 13 star federal eagle. A couple scattered surface imperfections some affecting transfers most notably a small mark on the angle left of Washington. Restoration to spout and minor cracks. Fine. Much of the gilt application adorning the top and under spout remains. An imposing vessel w/delightful display presence. Rex & Patti Stark Collection.
