Item Description
7/8" w/W&H back paper. Attractive design w/portrait of TR in center w/patriotic shield behind him. Text on banner below ruler reads "National Presidential Club 1912." Tiny 1/16" hairline scratch at 9 o'clock along left edge of ruler, as well as another tiny scratch along curl at 1 o'clock that does not affect display. Otherwise a few truly faint and trivial aging spots along outer edges at 2 o'clock and 4 o'clock that are mentioned only for strict accuracy. Extremely Fine. A truly rare and desirable 1912 design.
