Item Description
11x17.25" Marvel artboard has original art by Tom Raney. Offered here is the original art for first page of Black Widow: Deadly Origin #3, published by Marvel in March 2010. Art was inked by Scott Hanna. Splash page is from "Deadly Origin (Part 3)" story by Paul Cornell and shows Bobbi Morse (Mockingbird) attacking Clint Barton (Ronin, aka Hawkeye), having been infected w/nanites as part of "The Icepick Protocol" designed to activate a murderous rage within those close to her. Black Widow dives through window, firing her Widow's Bite to disarm Bobbi, who has already stabbed Clint w/a fork. Top margin has inked "Black Widow" title, issue/page numbers as well as artist names, Hanna having signed in black ink. Art remains clean and Exc.
