Item Description
During Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone, there is a chaotic scene in which Hogwart's owl post inundates the Dursley household w/letters to inform Harry that he has been accepted into Hogwarts. This inundation came in response to Harry's Uncle Vernon hiding the individual letters as they arrived. The sheer volume of letters that exploded throughout the house caused him to finally give in. Offered here is a screen-used envelope featured in that scene in which multiple letters were seen flying about the house. 5.25x7.25" envelope is made from marbled paper and has printed "Mr. H. Potter - The Cupboard Under The Stairs, 4, Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey" address on front w/Hogwarts seal on back (along w/printed wax seal). Front of envelope has trace of footprint as the cast ran through the house in this scene, many envelopes having been deposited on the floors of the house. Comes w/Hero Prop COA.
