Item Description
Lot of three posters of two different designs, used to promote model kits in stores. All three date to 1963. Pair of 8.5x18.75" glossy posters features same Hawk design w/art by Bill Campbell, famed creator of Weird-Ohs, Silly Surfers and Frantics. Features great graphic of Weird-Oh basketball player Francis The Foul, The Way Out Dribbler w/five other characters at right. Horizontal fold at center as issued. Both have some lt. scattered handling wear and age spotting. VF overall. Comes w/11x28" glossy window sign featuring photo of Ed " Big Daddy" Roth surrounded by Revell model kit boxes (even wearing one on his head) w/classic image of Revell Mr. Gasser character at right. Sign has vertical fold at center as issued w/pair of slightly diagonal vertical folds to left and right. Fine overall. First we've offered of either of these designs.
