Item Description
9.75x10.75" comic art board features original pencil art by Curt Swan (1920-1996) and inks by Mike Esposito (1927-2010) for Superman's Girlfriend, Lois Lane #92, page 25, May 1969. Curt Swan, most associated with Superman during the period fans call the Bronze Age of comic books, produced hundreds of covers and stories from the 1950s through the 1980s. Art is for top half of page only as bottom half was an ad for Matchbox. Storyline "The Unbreakable Spell!" by Leo Dorfman. Three panel last page features Lois Lane and Comet (Superhorse). Two holes at top margin and a small tape stain at top left. Lt. aging/handling wear. Exc.
