Item Description
Hard plastic w/the "Poll Parrot" logo on the top of the hinged lid. The lid lifts up to reveal a fully three dimensional Howdy Doody head on the underside. The interior of the ring base has foam insert within the small compartment that holds Howdy's head when the movable top panel is closed. This lot includes both color varieties, red base/yellow top and yellow base/red top. Both are high grade, NM examples. Robert M. Overstreet Ring Collection.
