Edge and moisture wear w/visible loss of black at lower right, bumped corners and slight warp. VG. A scarce record store display piece issued in limited quantities for promotion only. The follow up to the surprise smash hit Smells Like Teen Spirt, Come As You Are hit #32 on the Billboard Hot 100.
