Item Description
11x17" to 18x24". Of note is 11x17" offset print promoting a Hammerbox, The Gits and 7 Year Bitch concert in Seattle, WA Jan 17, 1992 in Seattle, WA. Art by Jeff Kleinsmith. The Gits featured Mia Zipata who was tragically murdered after a July 7, 1993 concert. Police initially turned their focus on the Seattle scene and it wasn't until 2003 that her assailant was identified, a dock worker outside the scene w/a history of violence against women. The Gits represent one of the fascinating 'what could have been' stories of the grunge era.
