6x9" on thin glossy stock. Features smiling portraits of Barack, Michelle, and Malia. Signature just below portrait of Michelle. Front of handbill includes a short biography on Obama w/his policy positions on the reverse. Text on reverse reads "Punch #21 on Election Day, March 21st." From Obama's unsuccessful campaign for Illinois' 1st Congressional District. He was defeated by incumbent Bobby Rush, the only politician to defeat Obama in an election. Faint blue ink bleed along right side at bottom. Otherwise light wear. Still Exc. Comes w/JSA LOA.
