Item Description
Folder w/"Superman 1 - By Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster- The Signature Edition - Silver Stone Graphics" label attached contains oversized 10-1/8x13.25" comic book, a "Famous First Edition" (as noted by small text along interior spine) published by DC Comics in 1979. A reprint of Superman #1 (June, 1939), this edition was signed in black felt tip pen by Superman's creators Jerry Siegel (1914-1996) and Joe Shuster (1914-1992) in black felt tip pen at bottom of inside front cover. This was one of only 250 copies signed by the pair and has handwritten "Copy #54 Of 250 Copies" notation beside signatures. Folder shows wear and just comes along while issue itself exhibits just lt. handling wear w/two pinch creases to spine. Fine/VF. Signatures are Exc.
