Item Description
1.5x2.25" card from the second of three annual issues during the Puerto Rican League winter seasons, these cards are similar to the previous year's set. 216 cards in the set. Glossy bw photo front w/text on back in red which serves as a "Play" designation for use as a card game.
In our Jan. 2025 auction a CGC 1.5 Fair example sold for $1,155.
Elander Victor Harris (1905-1978] was an American professional baseball outfielder and manager in the Negro leagues. Listed at 5' 10", he batted left-handed and threw right-handed. Nine time Negro National League pennant, seven time All-Star, highest winning percentage for a manager in major-league history and three time Negro World Series champion.
