1.5x2.25" card from the second of three annual issues during the Puerto Rican League winter seasons, these cards are similar to the previous year's set. 216 cards in the set. Glossy bw photo front w/text on back in red which serves as a "Play" designation for use as a card game.

Louis Oliver Louden (1919-1989) was an American Negro League baseball player. This strong-armed catcher was a pull hitter who hit with consistency and good power. Negro League World Series champion.
