Item Description
2-1/16x2.5". The 1950 Bowman set consists of 252 cards and for the first time, Bowman utilized full-color artwork for its card front display of a player surrounded by a thin white border.
Dominic Paul Dimaggio nicknamed "the Little Professor", was an American Major League Baseball center fielder. He played his entire 11-year baseball career for the Boston Red Sox (1940-1953). DiMaggio was the youngest of three brothers who each became major league center fielders, the others being Joe and Vince. Some career highlights include being a seven time All-Star and leading the AL in stolen bases in 1950. Autograph is distinct and does not cover the face of the image. This signed copy is the only example graded by PSA at this level with only one other ever graded higher.
