Item Description
2.5 x 3.5". The 1960 Leaf Baseball consists of 144 cards. Distributed by Leaf in bags of Sports Novelties, Inc. marbles, the cards bear a black-and-white photograph of a player with his name appearing below against a white border in bold black letters, with his team and position appearing in smaller type under his name.

Luis Ernesto Aparicio Montiel, nicknamed "Little Louie", is a Venezuelan former professional baseball player. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a shortstop from 1956 to 1973 for three American League (AL) teams, most prominently the Chicago White Sox. Some of his career highlights include being a 13 time All-Star, nine time Gold Glove Award, one time World Series champion and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1984. The autograph is bold and well placed diagonally across the center. This signed copy is one of only five examples ever graded by PSA with only one other ever graded higher.
