Dave Mason was a founding member of the rock band Traffic in 1967, only to leave after the release of their debut album in the same year. By 1976 he would have six studio albums released as well as session work on Jimi Hendrix's Eletric Ladyland and Rolling Stones' Beggars Banquet, as well as toured w/Eric Clapton and George Harrison.
