Item Description
A great, rare button but with damage. Made by Parisian for 1929 Cubs vs. Philadelphia Athletics series. Clockwise shows "Hack" Wilson, "Kiki" Cuyler, "Stevie" Riggs Stevenson and "Rajah" Rogers Hornsby. Cello piece off upper left removes bat end and some of "Rajah's" hat but not his face. Below left along edge is area with deep scuffs and tiny cello dot off below bat end. Right edge has slightly showing stain but doesn't go inward very far. Valued in Muchinsky baseball button book at $3,000. Rare.
