4x5". This is one of only six produced and features the oil painting "Always Another Rainbow" depicting Scrooge as a prospector dragging his full bag of gold nuggets. 1990's. Design includes nice gold luster highlights and facsimile signature of Carl Barks. Reverse has company imprint "Armstrong's Art On Porcelain." Mint.
