Superb quality book is 9.75x13.25x1.25" thick and from a numbered edition of just 5,000 copies printed in 1981 by Celestial Arts. This is the first edition hardcover individually numbered "2831." 376 pages on high quality 100# sterling litho gloss paper. Book features a nice selection of full color Uncle Scrooge reprint stories written and drawn by Carl Barks. Additional material includes a detailed Uncle Scrooge checklist of his Dell, Gold Key and Whitman comic book appearances. Book has a leather cover with printing in gold and a hand-onlayed color plate reproducing Barks' "McDuck Of Duckburg" painting. The lithograph "Wonderers Of Wonderland" was only issued with this book and has the matching edition number "2831/5000" along with Carl Barks' signature in pencil. Lithograph is printed on archival quality paper, 8.5x11" and has been put in a nice quality mat with gold border, just needs a frame and it will be ready to hang.
