12.5x18" unused flat comes w/plastic flicker/flasher ring still sealed in original cellophane pack. 1972. Flat advertises the set of six different flicker rings and includes example illustration of one ring on both front and back panels. Ring included w/flat has frame w/small rivet-like raised accents around inset flicker picture that depicts Count Chocula letting Franken Berry out of a magic lamp. Flat and ring are Mint. This is a file copy from the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold accompanied by a letter to that effect from Gordon Gold.
