Item Description
All items in this lot were originally sold in Christie's Comic Collectibles Auction of November 1, 1996 and this was the first offering of any items from the Gold Archives. There are a total of 430 individual items in this lot, all from the 1950s and 1960s. All pieces have been nicely mounted in wood frames with backs that easily open so everything could be removed if desired or ready for display as framed. There are a total of 17 frames, each 13x17". We show a sampling in our catalogue photo but photos of all items are available on-line. Series include nodding animals, flip-action movies, rubber faces, miniature comics, put-togethers, etc. Many are complete sets for that particular series. For complete details, please contact us or view the additional photos on-line. The Cracker Jack prizes remain unused and N. Mint/Mint as issued including the put-togethers and related still attached to sprues. An instant collection.
