Item Description
Complete set of six masks, each about 5-1/2x8-1/2" stiff paper w/character face on front and bw back w/additional character illustration plus instructions. Masks are of "Goofy Grape, Loud-Mouth Lime, Rootin' Tootin' Raspberry, Freckle Face Strawberry, Injun Orange, Chinese Cherry." c. 1964. Injun Orange and Chinese Cherry were changed shortly after their introduction due to complaints from ethnic groups. Each mask has pair of diecut circle pieces at eyes that were meant to be punched out but all are intact. Each was also issued w/a pair of tiny diecut circles on right/left sides that were to be punched out for string attachment, half of these remain. Set is NM/Mint. The Fun Books are 5x7" w/16 pages featuring puzzles, pictures to color, center spread is "Race To The Flavor Factory" game. ©1965. One book has penciled production notations throughout. Lt. wear, VF. Other copy is NM.
