Promotes the c. 1945 premium that was available for 1 box top and 10¢. Includes large image of the cardboard walky talky at center while on either side of this are boys using the premium, one wearing an officer's cap and the other wearing a soldier's helmet. Has moderate to heavy scattered dust soiling as well as scattered wear along fold lines and margins including a number of small margin tears. All color remains bright, one side retains a brighter appearance than the other. That side still displays VF while the other is VG. Rare.
