This item is from 1934, made by O.B. Andrews Company. This was produced in 3 sizes, 2 smaller scale replicas plus a large playhouse big enough for 2 children to play inside. This item is the smallest of the 3 sizes (the next size up is offered in this auction as item #2312). Our photo shows the 2 houses we are offering in this auction side-by-side to give you an idea of the difference. The house on the left is the one offered as this item. House is comprised of die-cut cardboard pieces all of which come in the original illustrated cardboard envelope. Instructions are printed on the reverse. Envelope has moderate wear/aging, mostly along edges. This includes some small tears/splits and bit of surface paper wear. VG/Fine. This house has an assembled size of 11x15x13" tall. Front panel depicts Mickey and Minnie at windows, design includes die-cut doors and windows on the other 3 sides of the house. Missing small chimney piece. Pieces have light wear/bends on the die-cut tabs as assembled but all remains clean with just light aging. VF. A great display piece when assembled. Scarce.
