Item Description
10x17" image area with 3.25x6.75" full 1913 calendar pad attached below. Well-done illustration with various grocery products appearing on the table including: ham, turkey, sardines, pickles, mustard, crackers, ketchup, etc. Nicely detailed image of Victorian lady and girl in period dress. Two tears (1.5", 2.25") appear along left margin. Minimal bumps/chips appear along outer margin petals of leaves. Not offensive. Bright color, high gloss remains. Text at top includes "Compliments Of Geo. W. Vogt/Fancy And Staple Groceries/Baltimore, Md." Light oxidation to staples holding calendar pad to ad. Comes in nice, century old wood frame. Displays VF. An attractive piece of early advertising.
