Both c. 1970s. Unlicensed, limited distribution. Both are likely from series by Photorific Products. Nice quality photographic dial without dot screen pattern. Pocket watch is 2" in dia. Wrist watch 1.25" dia. with original bands. Both work. N. Mint.
