9x12" four-page folder containing sheet music for "Havin' A Wonderful Wish (Time You Were Here)" song from 1949 film "Sorrowful Jones." Film starred Ball and Hope who are each pictured on front of sheet music. Hope has signed in black felt tip pen and Ball has inscribed "Love Lucy" in blue felt tip pen. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
