20" long. Tapers from 9" at bottom to 12" at top. Dated 2/39 at lower right. Color illustration show available premiums including "Official Dick Tracy Aviation Caps For Pilots!..For Hostess!/State Head Size/Large, Small or Medium." Caps are available for 5 box tops or 1 box top and 10¢. Also offered for 2 box tops is "Special Release! Actual Dick Tracy Radio Adventures/Action! Thrills! Pictures! Never Before Published." Designed as a two-sided sign to be hung on a string for in-store display. However, only one half remains - neated separated along top fold line. Does not affect display as is. Minimal surface dust at top. Scarce. Exc.
