Item Description
Issues 1-5 published Oct./Nov., 1968 - June/July, 1969. Published by NPP Inc. First issue features first comic book appearance of Captain Action, Action Boy and Khem. Issue also features Superman as cameo guest star. Issue 3 features the first appearance of Dr. Evil. Issue also has classic cover of Captain Action holding Action Boy in his arms which has been repeated in countless comic books. Issues 1, 3 and 5 all have art by Wally Wood. Issue 4 has art by Gil Kane. Issues have some handling wear with pinch creases to spines and some minor corner tip foxing. Fine overall. Complete comic book run for this short-lived title.
