Item Description
10x14", 4-page on newsprint for December 1943. Full title reads "Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse...On The Home Front - Life At Beechcraft As Disney's Characters See It." Limited issue to employees of Beechcraft Aircraft Corp. Specialty art largely war-related and a number of different characters are featured including Mickey and Minnie, Donald, Big Bad Wolf, others. One cartoon on front features Santa while one on back depicts Hitler/Tojo two-headed man. Tanned with age, light wear along centerfold/margins including few small tears. Right margin trimmed a bit unevenly as printed. Still a clean and Fine copy of this scarce publication. We have offered Oct. and Nov. 1943 issues in previous auctions, this is our first Dec. issue.
