Item Description
17x22.5" professionally-framed display has been triple-matted containing original India ink and brush watercolor art by MAD magazine founding editor and Playboy's Little Annie Fanny  artist Kurtzman.  Art has been matted to approximately 8.5x13.75".  Art depicts "1998 Outer Galactic Comic-Con" and shows typical fanboy holding copy of "Action Comics" # 1 as girls surround him.  Other Comic-Con attendees wonder "How Come He Gets All The *Nerdles?"  Asterick at bottom explains Nerdles means girls.  Signs at Comic-Con read "Rare Hey Looks! Cheap; Get Your New 3,000 Pg. Price Guide; We Buy And Sell Earth, Mars, Saturn Comics; H. Kurtzman Here!"  Kurtzman signature is his usual "Kurtz" with stick figure representing last part of his  name.  Art was commissioned to be used as Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide cover but was never used, instead being used as cover to "Overstreet's Advanced Collector" magazine # 1, Summer, 1993 issue.  Art is Mint.
