Front and end pieces are chrome-plated while center is gorgeous litho tin showing Mickey and Minnie hand-in-hand while Mickey uses his left hand to throw a beam of light onto an area showing Pluto sniffing multi-colored mushrooms in a nighttime scene with the moon above. Two areas of black shadowing have about .5" long or diameter oxidation mark but blending very well with the black paint. Interior of the light has much surface oxidation and the switch has a slight "S" bend and will not move. Still, the light displays extremely Fine. Comes with rarely seen horseshoe-shaped piece of cardboard, meant to fit around the light explaining how to focus it to use as long-range spotlight and instructing owner to refill with "Usalite Mickey Mouse Batteries." This piece has broken in half and has tiny sliver gone from the break area but still is extremely rare. More importantly is a story folder titled "Mickey Mouse's Midnight Adventure." This is 2.25x4" and opens to 4x9". Paper has a great deal of creasing but is clean and intact. Finally and rarest of all is the original box measuring 2.5" square by 6.5" tall. The box is missing one of two top inner flaps and the one remaining is loose, but the primary flap with the text on it is here although split at the hinge and held with a small piece of clear tape. Two sides of the box show Mickey using his flashlight while the two other sides are designed as a filmstrip showing panels of Fiddler Pig, Mickey pointing, Minnie posing and Pluto racing with dust cloud accent. The box is Fine and first we've seen.
