This is the same 1934 model watch but re-issued in 1937 in a totally different style box. While the box is the same design as the 1935 Ingersoll, the box insert reflects a price change from $2.95 to $3.25. On this insert, rather than a sticker over the pre-printed price, this insert actually is pre-printed reflecting the new price of $3.25. Box is 4.5x6.75x1" deep. Box has scattered surface paper rubs along the outer edges and some small color rubs off the underside. Box is Fine and with tight corners. The insert has light general wear with a small rub of red color off the bottom edge of Mickey's pants leg but overall insert remains near VF. The watch band has a total of 7 links including two featuring Mickey and both of these retain most of the black accent color. Back of the watch has small trace of wear with just a little brass show-through at the center. The primary watch dial is clean and Exc. although the small second wheel has darkened. Watch is in running condition.
