On the lid and box insert of this 1947 issue, the word "New" replaces the word "Ingersoll" on the earlier box and insert version as this version was produced solely under the company name "US Time." Box insert has light wear to the die-cut tab that holds the watch in place but remains bright and VF overall. Box lid has slight color fade at the top, slight traces of aging and a lightly penciled name at the top. Overall the box is Fine and complete with the warranty paper. The watch has a tiny barely noticeable rub on the crystal but appearance of the watch remains N. Mint. The watch is not running and would likely benefit from a mechanism cleaning.
