7x9x4" deep red vinyl version by American Thermos c. 1959. Front panel features spaceman holding ray gun and running by space boy who operates a transmitter. In the bkg. is spaceship w/silhouette images of three other spacemen, planet landscape. Small scattered trace of soiling to interior. Metal latch, handle clips and rivets on the left side all have trace of aging w/some oxidation. The left side panel has st. fade of the red color to nearly entire surface. Extreme right edge has a tiny 1/8" nick. None of these defects detract from overall appearance. Box retains nice, tight shape and does not have any vinyl splits. Still displays VF.
