Item Description
1.25" with outstanding rich color design which includes small illustration at bottom of Teddy Roosevelt in Rough Rider uniform holding saber aloft and riding a white horse. Design a mere 1/32" off-center and hardly noticeable. Most examples we've seen exceed this in severity. No backpaper likely as issued as collet has stamped-in 1899 patent date by the maker "Phelps." N. Mint, displays Mint.
