Item Description
Batman has seldom looked happier than he does here. Maybe he is just pleased that he is appearing on one of the best looking and most famous infinity covers in the history of comics. This cover, by Jerry Robinson and Fred Ray, regularly appears on many collectors’ top ten lists of the greatest Batman covers ever. The simplicity of the design is astonishing. In this case, the use of fire engine-red in the background would certainly make it jump off of the newsstand. When a prospective customer would pick up the issue to see the book, they would be instantly hooked. Besides the infinity cover, the book also contains an appearance by the Joker and the book has a Bill Finger story. It also includes art by Bob Kane, Jerry Robinson and George Roussos. The pages are off-white. The book is CGC-certified FN 6.0.
