Item Description
What a great Dick Sprang cover! By the time this issue of Batman appears, the days of the vengeful Dark Knight are almost a decade in the past. Having reached iconic status in America, Batman has become more and more fun. The props have gotten bigger and the adventures are getting a little outlandish. Still, they are incredibly fun and very well crafted. This time out, Batman and Robin paid a visit to South America. Sprang’s cover features a relative rarity on Batman covers; women who aren’t Catwoman. Through deliberate reactions and attention to detail, Sprang expertly gives each one of them an individual personality. The pages are off-white. The book is CGC-certified VF+ 8.5.
