Item Description
Impressive 11x14" hardcover book with cloth binding. Printed by United Artists to promote films for the 1930-1931 season. Book highlights stars and films and has a very art deco design with beautiful silver metallic highlights. Some of the stars mentioned are Gloria Swanson, Ronald Coleman, Eddie Cantor, Mary Pickford, Douglas Fairbanks Sr. and Charlie Chaplin. Chaplin page is extremely attractive with nice large image of Chaplin and his famous Little Tramp role with next page advertising "City Lights." Pages are clean and bright with some minor aging but overall are N. Mint. Cover has wear with scattered insect damage to cloth binding, not affecting integrity of book. Silver foil hardcover area has multiple scattered indentations. Fine.
