Light aging but Exc. The catalogue flier has 8 pages on glossy newsprint and is 11.5x16". Intended to be mailed but without recipient's name. Bottom margin has imprint of issuer "Miller's Store/Milford." Superb front cover specialty art of a busy store scene at Christmas time, Mickey is behind the cash register and on top of the counter are Mickey Mouse toolboxes. Store patrons include Horace, Clarabelle, Three Little Pigs, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, Clara Cluck, Big Bad Wolf, Mickey's nephews. Santa also appears. Title reads "Mickey Mouse And His Gang Announce The Opening Of Toytown. A superb selection of toys are pictured in both sepia and color tinted and Disney items include Mickey tool chest, Mickey Mouse purse, Halsam blocks, Silly Symphony flashlight, Fisher-Price pull toys. Other stand-out items include Popeye and Olive Oyl on roof wind-up toy, other celluloid and tin wind-ups, vehicles, dolls, trains, etc. as well as household goods. Six pages also feature an additional and different small Disney character illustration/scene along with the pictured toys. Shows light wear along fold lines including a few small tears, one with archival tape repair. However, for an item printed on this type of paper, it is quite nice. Clean and Fine condition.
